Each month we'll send the recipient half a pound of the finest jerky we can find. We cycle flavors, state of production, and jerky type. We'll feature multiple makers in a month and provide a sampling of jerky. No brand names, only locally made goodness.

Shipping Schedule: Very simply, we ship on the anniversary of the initial order every month. We don't put an end date on the Signature Membership, deliveries arrive until you say uncle.
